Explore the wonder of mind/body exercise. T’ai Chi is characterized by soft,
slow, flowing movements. These relaxed, energy-specific movements will increase your personal wellbeing by decreasing stress, strengthening
the body and increasing flexibility. The goal in each lesson is to build an understanding of how your body, mind, and chi (energy) work together.
It is a gentle exercise, which is suitable for people in a wide variety of physical conditions. The movements are adjustable to fit the health and
strength levels of each individual.
