This class introduces you to a wide range of physical poses (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation in order to develop control of the body by balancing your mind, body and spirit. This class blends different styles of yoga at the discretion of the teacher. The breath and poses are coordinated to achieve a meditative quality of flowing with the sound of the breath. Practicing Yoga is a great way to cope with stress, relieve tension and deal with anxiety. Discover your true nature, a state of inner peace, find what you seek – consciously or unconsciously. Nourish yourself and untap your mental and physical potential.
