We suggest making reservations one to two weeks in advance. For immediate assistance, please call 724-538-4004 and one of our spa professionals will be happy to answer your questions and reserve your desired treatment times.

You may also request an appointment by completing our Appointment Request form. A spa professional will contact you after receiving the request to finalize the details of your visit.

Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card to guarantee appointment.

Please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a warm welcome as you check in and complete the necessary forms that will help us to create your personalized experience.

Cozy slippers will adorn your feet as you are escorted to an area for changing into the appropriate attire customized just for you and your spa services. Awaiting you is a serene atmosphere in our indoor or outdoor (seasonal) relaxation areas as you await a tour of the facility.

Upon completion of the tour you will be ready to take full advantage of the facility before and after your service(s).

The advantage of being a return client is that you have been well informed to be equipped to take full advantage of the many amenities that OSIRIS has to offer; however, please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in and review your personal profile/medical history form for any additions/revisions.

Give yourself the desired time to prepare and relax prior to receiving your service.

If you are late 15 minutes or less OSIRIS will try to accommodate; however, if that is not possible, the guest will receive their scheduled treatment which will end at the original scheduled appointment time and will be billed for the full service.


If you are late 15 minutes or more OSIRIS will try to accommodate; however, if that is not possible, the appointment will be rescheduled. OSIRIS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late arrivals of more than 15 minutes.

Your spa services are reserved especially for you. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled.

We realize that our guests have busy schedules and that emergencies can occur, so our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to provide maximum flexibility. We ask that you notify us, as soon as possible, so we can do our best to fill these openings, because just like you we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place than to charge for a cancellation. OSIRIS reserves the right to charge a minimum of $35 per hour of services reserved regardless of the reason for canceling or rescheduling. Our policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our Spa Professionals, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career and helps us to retain these great employees. We appreciate your understanding.

A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any individual appointment. However, booking appointments for groups that exceed 5 hours of services will require a minimum of 72 hours up to 2 weeks notice. This information will be provided to you at the time of booking.

We realize that the weather can be unpredictable and that driving in snow is different for all our clients. If driving in snow is a concern, we recommend calling before the 48 hours to reschedule your appointments. We also suggest that if the weather does not pose a problem as anticipated, to call the spa to see if there are any appointments available.

For your convenience, OSIRIS accepts cash, personal checks (with valid ID), Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Traveler’s Cheques.

OSIRIS offers group discounts for groups of 5 or more individuals that utilize our suites for services. Discounts range between 3% to 5% and are available for all 1 hour Massages and Alternative Therapies, 1 1/2 hour Therapeutic, 1 1/2 hour OSIRIS Restorative Healing, Facials and Body Treatment services.

Spa Amenities

Guests receiving spa services may enjoy the use of the amenities that OSIRIS has to offer on the day of their service.

The spa features a locker room and a variety of indoor and outdoor (seasonal) relaxation areas.

OSIRIS encourages you to savor your experience with us. We offer nutritional snacks, as well as, full refreshment services for all our guests daily in the spa. This includes a selection of hot and cold drinks, fruit and nut bars and additional healthy snacks for you to enjoy.

If you prefer, you may also choose to purchase a meal from our healthy order-in menu. Please let us know prior to your service to allow sufficient time for ordering and delivery. 

Your comfort and privacy will always be respected.

Couples or friends (up to 4) can enjoy celebrating services together at no additional cost. OSIRIS suites can accommodate multiple massages or esthetic services ideally of the same length.

Experience what Mother Nature has to offer seasonally in our outdoor massage suite surrounded by ambient sounds. Accommodates up to two people. $25 suite fee. Common ambient sounds, such as, wind, water, birds, dogs, people, traffic etc.

Products and Gifts

OSIRIS offers both Gift Cards and Gift Certificates.  They are pre-purchased for a specific dollar amount and can be used towards the purchase of products and/or services.  They must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed towards your day of services. OSIRIS will not be responsible for looking up any gift card or certificate numbers.  Gratuity can be included in Gift Certificates when purchased but not Gift Cards.

Gift Certificates are purchased on-line, processed immediately and a certificate is emailed to the email address you provide. We suggest emailing the certificates to yourself to ensure receipt due to emails possibly being tagged as spam and not get to your intended recipient.

Gift Cards can be purchased by phone or on location and are processed through the spa and mailed to the address you provide. Our days of operation are Wednesday through Saturday, therefore, any purchases made Saturday through Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday.

OSIRIS understands that everyone needs something different to help create the balance and harmony within themselves. Please ask an OSIRIS spa professional for guidance on assembling the perfect package for your special occasion. Discounts are applied based on quantity and type of services selected.

OSIRIS wants you to be completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased, please return it within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. Returns for product purchases on gift cards will be credited back to your gift card and can be used for any future services or product purchase.

No refunds will be made after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Health Considerations

You will be required to complete a personal profile and medical history form and disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medication you are taking. All information will be kept confidential. If you are receiving medical care, or have had a recent injury, you must obtain a physician’s approval before scheduling your session.

We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after services. Allergies to lactose, latex, fragrances, essential oils or other items determine which products will be used in your services.

OSIRIS is dedicated to providing a healthy environment and focused on the wellbeing of all our patrons. We provide a smoke-free facility and will not provide treatments to anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.

Our spa professionals are licensed/certified in their respective disciplines and are properly trained on OSIRIS procedures, as well as all product and equipment use to answer questions and help you make the most of your spa visit. Please ask any of our spa professionals for guidance on what therapies or treatments will best fulfill your needs.

Spa Etiquette

Clients receiving spa services will be provided the appropriate attire customized especially for you and your spa services, i.e. robe, wrap, slippers and disposable undergarments.

Clients scheduled for Body Wraps and/or Waxing Services may prefer to wear undergarments or bathing suits during treatments, keeping in mind that they may get oily or wet during the treatment and OSIRIS will not be responsible for damages.

To ensure the comfort of all clients, a robe will be required to take advantage of all indoor and outdoor relaxation areas during your visit at the spa.

Please speak with one of our spa assistants and they will be happy to assist you. Your comfort and privacy will always be respected.

Our spa professionals follow the utmost standards of privacy and respect. You will be properly draped at all times and only the specific body area being worked upon is exposed during treatment.

However, to obtain the maximum benefit from specialized services, such as body scrubs and body wraps you will not be draped but will be provided disposable undergarments to wear during your service.

OSIRIS will be happy to fulfill a special request for a male or female therapist, whenever possible so that your experience will be comfortable and relaxing.

In order to meet your expectation, we suggest that this request be made at the time of reservation.

OSIRIS encourages you to bring your children age 13 years or older to receive the benefits of our services. A parent or guardian must be present in the room during services and give signed consent for any treatments given to a client under the age of 18.

OSIRIS cannot be responsible for lost, found, or stolen personal items or valuables so we encourage you to leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home.

If an item is found, OSIRIS will contact the owner if known. If the owner is not known, the item will be kept for 30 days before given as a donation.

OSIRIS reserves the right to charge for any lost, stolen or damaged property (robes, wraps, etc.).

OSIRIS is your retreat away from everyday pressures of life to restore vitality to your mind body and spirit.

Distractions such as cell phones or pagers should be left behind in order for you and others around you to maximize this well deserved OSIRIS experience.

If an emergency arises, please speak with one of our spa professionals who will assist you immediately.

Gratuities are not included in service pricing or gift cards. Typical gratuities for spa services begin at 15% and may be higher based upon your satisfaction level. Gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk.

Services provided are service driven, not time specific; therefore, all times listed in the Menu of Services are approximate.

OSIRIS is a calm and nurturing environment. Guests are encouraged to respect the rights of others so please speak softly and kindly and refrain from shouting, foul language and boisterous behavior.
